Job Description/Overview:
LuxDev is currently looking to recruit an IT Business Application Integrator for its IT department at headquarters in Luxembourg City. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent contract depending on needs.
Your mission
- Ensure the integration and deployment of business applications for staff at headquarters and in our field countries.
- The main product is a SaaS application intended for monitoring key areas for the Agency.
- Provide your organizational and integration expertise in project mode during discussions with suppliers regarding the formalization of technical and contractual aspects.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from the business side and ensure proper interoperability between internet applications and platforms.
- Assist the Department Head in your area of expertise, upon request
Key Responsibilities
For project management:
- Manage the different stages of the product: drafting and validating technical specifications, acceptance and validation of deliverables, deployment, and documentation.
- Oversee the development and integration of the solution within the Agency’s Information System, adhering to IT best practices.
- Provide regular reporting to present the project’s progress to the business and management.
- Adopt or follow a recognized IT project management methodology.
- Organize performance and non-regression tests.
For business support (French and English):
- Support product owners on the business side during the drafting or submission of technical specifications, appropriation of deliverables, and support during the UAT phase.
- Model business processes in UML format.
- Participate as needed in level 1 and level 2 support for business applications.
- Produce ad-hoc dashboards using data from the Information System platforms.
- Advise on the use of Microsoft tools for collaborative work.
Qualifications needed
- At a minimum, you hold a bachelor’s degree (BAC + 3) in IT.
- You have at least three years of experience in IT project management.
- You have good knowledge of UML and Microsoft Power BI.
- You are autonomous and comfortable communicating with teams and service providers.
- You are organized and meticulous
- You have a strong interest in project management and experience with recognized IT methodologies.
- You have some knowledge of the ITIL4 framework.
- Ideally, you have worked in teams using AGILE methodologies.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the IATI (International Aid Transparency Initiative) standard.
- You are proficient in French and English.
