Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and relationship building with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and professional support.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints, offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and remain productive.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computers and CRM systems (customer service software experience is a plus).
