Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and relationship building with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and professional support.
- Process customer orders, changes, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, offering effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and remain productive.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computers and CRM systems (customer service software experience is a plus).
