Position Overview
We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team starting March 24, 2025! This role provides customer service and order entry support for commercial service requests. After a two-week onsite training in Phoenix, AZ, the position becomes 100% remote.
Key Details
- Location: Must be based in the Phoenix metro area
- Training: Two-week onsite training in Phoenix, M-F, 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, between 6 AM – 9 PM MST (set schedule provided)
- Contract Length: 90-day Contract-to-Hire with long-term growth potential
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- Workplace Type: Fully remote after training
- Hiring Process: Quick virtual interview required
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Enter service requests and order details accurately into the system for dispatch
- Provide customer solutions while ensuring high levels of service and professionalism
- Multitask between phone, chat, and order entry correspondence
- Adapt to new processes and business needs as required
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Attention to detail – critical for data and order entry
- Ability to multitask between phone calls, chat, and system entry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using multiple screens for order processing
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic clerical or data entry tasks
