Verdira Acquisitions is an acquisitions firm actively working toward completing its first healthcare acquisition. As we navigate the due diligence phase, we are also building a pipeline of new acquisition opportunities in financial services (Accounting, Bookkeeping, CFO services) and high-quality e-commerce businesses.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our executives with outreach, deal sourcing, and CRM management. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. If you have experience (or are eager to learn) cold calling, outreach management, and CRM administration, and have a passion for entrepreneurship and acquisitions, this role is a great fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold and warm outreach calls using provided scripts (no hard selling, just a conversational approach).
- Qualify and pre-screen potential acquisition leads.
- Update and manage CRM data (call logs, lead tagging, pipeline management).
- Follow proprietary outreach SOPs to handle follow-ups via email, SMS, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
- Schedule qualified meetings for executives using Calendly.
- Provide weekly progress reports to track outreach effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in cold calling, deal sourcing, or outreach preferred—but not required if you’re a fast learner.
- Strong conversational skills and phone etiquette.
- Genuine interest in mergers and acquisitions, business buying, or entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable using or learning CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Highly organized, proactive, and independent.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during standard U.S. working hours (flexible scheduling).
Compensation & Hours:
- $15–$18/hour (based on experience and location).
- 20–30 hours per week, flexible scheduling within U.S. working hours.
