Position Overview

As a Customer Support Associate I, you will play a key role in assisting cardholders by providing warm, professional, and empathetic support. You will represent True Link’s commitment to exceptional customer service while solving customer issues, sharing feedback, and helping individuals with unique financial needs navigate our products.

This is a remote position available to candidates across the US.

Work Schedules

We offer two flexible part-time options:

  • 24-Hour Schedule
  • Three 8-hour days (includes a 1-hour unpaid meal break).
  • Work Monday through Friday, starting at either:
  • 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET
  • 9:00 a.m. PT / 12:00 p.m. ET
  • 25-Hour Schedule
  • Five 5-hour days with scheduled breaks.
  • Work Monday through Friday, starting at either:
  • 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET
  • 9:00 a.m. PT / 12:00 p.m. ET

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional phone support to customers, embodying the “True Link Voice.”
  • Assist customers by solving problems, navigating financial products, and offering solutions.
  • Handle 11 to 13 customer calls per hour while maintaining high service standards.
  • Share customer feedback with the team to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain respectful, supportive relationships with both teammates and customers.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Personal or professional experience with vulnerable populations, such as individuals with disabilities, older adults, or those in recovery, is a plus.
