Customer Care Representative, Amazon Pharmacy

Amazon Pharmacy is dedicated to helping customers manage their medications and achieve better overall wellness. As part of our mission to make healthcare accessible and customer-friendly, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team.

This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work virtually from the comfort of your home, helping customers resolve their concerns while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance:
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and web with billing, insurance verification, and product or service questions.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Own each customer issue from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists or pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Identify proactive solutions to common questions and concerns during customer interactions.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide guidance for customers navigating pharmacy.amazon.com and address shipping needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service while fostering trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure privacy and safety by adhering to the company’s Work From Home policy.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
  • At least 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools.
  • Proficiency in multitasking with phone and computer systems.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of phone or email customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or call center environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote role, working from home.
  • Variable work hours, including potential shifts outside of standard business hours.
  • 40 hours per week, with potential for adjustments based on business needs.
