Job Overview:
KKBC is seeking a talented Freelance Content Writer to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive content for various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, editing, and SEO skills, as well as the ability to adapt their writing style to different audiences and content formats. This part-time, remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a variety of digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics.
- Analyze competitors’ content to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Gather and verify factual information from reliable sources.
- Simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
- Content Creation:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, webinars, press releases, and more.
- Develop content ideas and outlines that align with the brand’s objectives.
- Tailor content to different stages of the customer journey.
- Ensure all content is original, error-free, and high-quality.
- SEO Optimization:
- Naturally incorporate relevant keywords into content.
- Optimize headlines, meta descriptions, and keywords for search engines.
- Editing & Proofreading:
- Review and revise content for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding.
- Revise content based on feedback and ensure it meets company standards.
- Audience Engagement:
- Understand the target audience and tailor content to their needs.
- Encourage audience interaction through calls to action.
- Respond to feedback and adjust content accordingly.
- Brand & Compliance:
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure content aligns with the company’s voice and style.
- Ensure content complies with copyright laws and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Exceptional time management and proactive nature.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the company’s voice and brand guidelines.
- Availability to work flexibly, with hours scheduled between Monday and Friday.
