Job Summary
RWS is looking for web-savvy, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for online research to join our team as Search Quality Raters. In this role, you will evaluate how search engines respond to real-world queries, contributing to the improvement of AI-powered search engines. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing the online search experience for users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate search engine results for quality and relevance.
- Use your search expertise to complete a variety of assignments.
- Maintain quality and accuracy standards as defined by the project.
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements and project guidelines.
Requirements
- Must reside in the United States.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in the United States.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week.
- Must sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Have reliable access to a smartphone, personal computer, and a stable internet connection.
- Use reliable antivirus software to protect your computer.
- Pass client-created training modules and a required qualification test.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Only one Search Quality Rater allowed per household.
