About the Role
Join a dynamic and expanding financial services organization as a Digital Content Writer during an exciting period of digital growth. Based in Central London with hybrid working, you’ll collaborate with SEO and UX teams to create engaging, user-centric content across multiple websites. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for simplifying complex topics and optimizing content for SEO and UX best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage digital content across multiple websites.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring concepts and ideas to life.
- Ensure all content adheres to tone of voice guidelines and meets SEO and UX standards.
- Build new pages and content using the company’s CMS.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
- Contribute to building a global community of practice for content creation.
- Ensure all published content is accurate and approved by stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
- Leverage data to evaluate content performance and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proficient in producing various forms of copy, from micro-copy to long-form content.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and audiences.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of on-page SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Experience using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating content effectiveness.
