Role Overview:
As a B2B Copywriter, you will be an integral part of the content team, collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams to create compelling copy that drives engagement and educates diverse audiences across digital channels. You will support our mission by crafting clear, empathetic, and persuasive content for a variety of B2B marketing materials, including web content, ads, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and optimize copy for digital channels, including websites, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Develop B2B marketing content that resonates with both end-users and corporate clients, especially HR leaders, benefits decision-makers, and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content.
- Produce thought leadership content, sales collateral, and other materials that communicate the value of Spring Health’s services to potential partners.
- Incorporate SEO best practices into content, ensuring that it is discoverable and reaches the right audience.
- Align messaging with Spring Health’s clinical pillars and ensure sensitivity when addressing mental health topics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-4 years of B2B copywriting experience (preferably in-house or at an agency), with health-tech or mental health industry experience a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging copy that aligns with a consistent brand voice, drives conversions, and performs well across multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies.
- Experience writing for diverse audiences, particularly HR leaders, C-suite executives, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
