Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will work directly with the CTO and the tech team to enhance our platform and tech stack. This role requires flexibility, collaboration, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. You’ll contribute across our entire stack, from APIs and microservices to user interfaces and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to design and build new features for the core delivery platform.
- Continuously improve hosted infrastructure with a focus on security, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs the right way to ensure long-term stability.
- Build, monitor, and maintain microservices and APIs (public and private), including documentation and versioning.
- Contribute to process improvements to deliver high-quality software more efficiently.
Requirements
Preferred Experience:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript running on Node.js (or other typed languages like C# or Java).
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Building and maintaining relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Familiarity with NestJS, React, and Next.js frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and automated testing.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with building and maintaining native iOS/Android applications using React Native or similar frameworks.
