Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Content Marketer with exceptional writing skills and Fintech marketing expertise to join our marketing department. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will focus on creating engaging content for multiple channels and driving our content marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, search engines, and paid media, to drive traffic to our website.
  • Assist in crafting and executing the content marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and customer service teams to deliver impactful campaigns, including website content, branding materials, promotional campaigns, email journeys, display ads, video, and social content.
  • Manage and optimize website content to guide users through the marketing funnel.
  • Understand audience segments and tailor content to their needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ThinkMarkets’ mission, products, and audience to shape effective content strategies.
  • Balance multiple projects, creating diverse content such as long-form educational articles and search ads for paid media.
  • Design and manage customer journeys across various lifecycle stages, ensuring content meets customer needs at every phase.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, with a strong focus on SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a content marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or trading is essential.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance brand visibility, audience size, or sales.
  • Strong team player comfortable with collaboration and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and understanding on-page SEO best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and testing new strategies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Experience in writing diverse marketing content forms; PR experience is a plus.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices and audience engagement techniques.
