About RNID
RNID is the national charity dedicated to supporting the 18 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss, or experience tinnitus. Together, we aim to end discrimination, improve access to hearing support, and fund world-class research to restore hearing and silence tinnitus.
We are a remote-first organisation with staff based across the UK, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. Our approach combines digital collaboration with in-person opportunities, such as annual Staff Summits for sharing skills, hearing from inspiring speakers, and building connections.
RNID values flexible working, offering sector-leading policies to support colleagues in balancing their work with personal responsibilities and interests. Our values—being connected, insightful, curious, and passionate—guide everything we do.
