About the Position:
Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be the point of contact for any Salesforce-related integration or customization issues. You will develop and unit test Salesforce solutions, including Apex and Lightning Web Components, while collaborating with business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Salesforce integration and customization issues.
- Develop and test Salesforce solutions, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business analysts to clarify technical requirements for Salesforce customizations.
- Communicate progress and blockers to the project team regularly.
- Provide time and complexity estimates for development tasks.
- Identify issues early, propose solutions, and work with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that adheres to Salesforce best practices (e.g., naming conventions, governor limits).
- Integrate Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Strong experience with Apex programming and debugging.
- Experience with Salesforce data management (SOQL, SOSL).
- Ability to integrate with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Flosum).
- Strong adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce development and integration experience in a similar environment.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and its scalability best practices.
