About the Position:
Our client is seeking an experienced Access and Crystal Reports Developer to join their team for a one-month contract role. This position is fully remote, and candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis (no sponsorship available). In this role, you will assist a hospital in automating their records system by migrating from a manual process to an automated system using Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports.
Candidates should have strong experience in using Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports to automate processes. Any prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate processes using Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports for a hospital client.
- Migrate and automate daily records from a manual system to an automated system.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Submit to a drug and background check as required by the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Access and Crystal Reports.
- Experience automating processes using these tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
