About the Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Marketing & Growth team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, pipeline management, and performance optimization. If you have proven experience in Revenue Operations and are eager to help us improve and scale our operations, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and data teams to optimize performance across our sales and marketing activities and ensure we meet our company’s revenue goals. You will be responsible for analyzing revenue, pipelines, and key performance metrics, providing actionable insights, and driving improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Pipeline Analysis: Build and maintain models and reports, track performance, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue and pipeline outcomes.
  • Metrics & Targets: Set and monitor team, campaign, channel, and individual targets to track performance against company goals.
  • Performance Insights: Report and provide insights on key SaaS metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost to Serve, CAC:LTV, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, finance, and data teams to align efforts and ensure we hit key revenue metrics.
  • Revenue Operations Setup: Use your experience to establish Revenue Operations practices within Smartly and optimize how we manage and track our revenue activities.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 5-7 years in a high-performing Revenue Operations role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to drive results through data and collaboration.
  • Knowledge: Experience working with sales and marketing teams, Hubspot, and familiarity with metrics like CAC, LTV, and NRR.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and Fabric is advantageous.
  • Education: Degree in Maths, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses is preferred.
  • Mindset: A “learn it all” mentality with a curiosity for new technologies.
