Job Description/Overview:
As a Sales Assistant, your role is to provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment. You will actively engage with customers, offer expert product advice, and contribute to the store’s overall performance. This role includes sales, stock management, and continuous personal development in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and recognize customer needs.
Maximize in-store sales and assist in achieving sales targets.
Maintain solid product knowledge, including current offers and promotions.
Support the sales floor, stock organization, and maintenance tasks.
Take ownership of personal development and seek continuous improvement.
Act as a team player by contributing to team performance and suggesting improvements.
Provide detailed product information and advice tailored to customer needs.
Complete tasks assigned by store management with diligence and punctuality.
