Job Description:
Alghanim Industries is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Freight Operation to secure new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients. This role plays a key part in contributing to the overall logistics sales budget by achieving individual sales targets and promoting a variety of products and services within the business unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and sales skills to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new customers while maintaining and developing relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating and converting leads into business.
- Ensure timely and professional follow-up with customers and resolve any queries.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service, operations, and documentation teams to execute contracts.
- Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, contributing to business development and market insight.
- Track and report on sales activities, including customer communications and outstanding accounts.
- Provide weekly activity reports, updated prospect lists, and sales call plans to the CSM.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve 75% of revenue targets from new customers.
- Maintain an updated list of current and potential customers.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: University graduate.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a proven sales record.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and generate new business.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Additional Preferences:
- Graduation in International Trade, Shipping, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of geography, local languages, traditions, and the market.
