The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This hands-on, diverse role will be critical to shaping our brand presence and executing marketing strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage all aspects of marketing, including digital, social media, and educational marketing, ensuring a strong, positive, and relevant presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute the marketing strategy to support both internal and external communications.
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage digital and social media channels, ensuring strong engagement and consistent messaging.
- Oversee sponsorship visibility and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Contribute to a positive company culture, aligning behaviors and communications with our values and vision.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, with strong relationship-building skills.
- A creative approach to campaign development and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and data-driven strategies.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret data and leverage it for effective marketing strategies.
- Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the agriculture sector is highly advantageous.
