Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Overnight Guest Services Agent to join our team at Capella Sydney. As the first point of welcome and the last point of farewell, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests’ experiences are seamless and memorable. The Overnight Guest Services Agent assists with guest arrivals and departures, manages luggage transfers, packages, and vehicles, and ensures the hotel operates smoothly while maintaining safety and security throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the smooth arrival and departure of guests, including luggage and vehicle management.
- Liaise with the overnight team to ensure hotel operations continue efficiently.
- Monitor the hotel’s security and safety protocols throughout the night.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Handle various administrative and customer service tasks as required during the overnight shift.
Talent Profile

- Full driver’s license.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts.

- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good spoken English.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
