Position:Field Training Manager

Job Description/Overview:
Securitas Deutschland, the market leader in security services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Training Manager (FTM) to join our team. As the FTM, you will be responsible for leading and managing training programs, developing training curricula, and delivering both virtual and in-person training for security staff. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, administer, and facilitate training curriculum using adult learning strategies for a variety of audiences.
Lead training projects and collaborate closely with Field Training Officers (FTOs) and the Global Training Team.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 40% to deliver training.
Design training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
Ensure all training content remains accurate and up to date with security protocols.
Conduct regular training reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert for security projects across the program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related training experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Excel).
Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in training program development and implementation.
Experience working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in creating and revising training documentation.
