As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure the continuity of services for residents. Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
Recognizing and escalating clinical risks when necessary.
Acting courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality.
Avery provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence and competence in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care and hygiene.
Support the care team in delivering quality services.
Observe and report any clinical risks.
Interact respectfully with residents, their families, and visitors.
Qualifications:
A passion for providing quality care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A respectful and compassionate approach to elderly care.
Experience:
No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Skills:
Empathy and patience.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
