About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our friendly Front Office team. This role is integral to creating superior, personalized, and memorable guest experiences. You will assist with guest queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations in collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting guests with queries and requirements.
  • Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them collaboratively with the Front Office team and other resort departments.
  • Manage telephone queries professionally, maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

  • Positive “can-do” attitude with a collaborative communication style.
  • Flexible approach and ability to identify and implement problem-solving solutions.
  • Experience working with Property Management Systems (Opera experience is a plus).
  • High school certificate or equivalent; a tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a similar role at an international standard 4- or 5-star hotel is desirable.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
