Job Overview
We are seeking a Content Creator/Copywriter to join our team for a 10-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This dynamic role involves leading and managing key content initiatives, ensuring that our internal and external communications align with our brand values and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and more.
- Engaging Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and audience-tailored copy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content that enhances the written word.
- SEO Strategy: Develop content strategies that adhere to SEO best practices and EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles.
- AI Utilization: Use generative AI tools to co-create and optimize content efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to gather insights and ensure content meets both strategic and operational needs.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging content trends and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content creation or corporate communications (preferred).
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and content creation abilities; excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with creating and managing content databases is a plus.
