Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist seniors and individuals with disabilities in enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
Prepare meals and snacks
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Provide medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with errands and shopping
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving or home health aide experience preferred
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking
Ability to lift heavy objects
Compassionate, ethical, and reliable
Experience:
Preferred: Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adherence to health and safety guidelines
