Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The caregiver will assist with personal care, household tasks, and companionship to improve the clients’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship
Prepare meals adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions
Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Communicate with family members and healthcare providers about client needs
Document care provided and report concerns or changes
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Auto insurance (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, reliable, and able to follow care plans
Experience:
Preferred but not mandatory
Skills:
Ability to build rapport with clients and families
Detailed-oriented and capable of following instructions

Additional Information:
Full-time position (32–40 hours/week)
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid time off
Flexible shifts: 4-hour, 8-hour, day, evening, or morning shifts
