Job Description/Overview:
A full-time housekeeper is needed to perform a variety of cleaning and housekeeping tasks at the employer’s home in Richmond Hill, ON.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
Make beds and change sheets.
Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
Stock the linen closet.
Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Launder clothing and household linens.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Setting:
Work in employer’s/client’s home.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Qualifications:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience:
Experience an asset but not mandatory.
Workplace Information:
On-site work only.
Salary:
$18.00 hourly for 32.5 hours per week.
Terms of Employment:
Permanent, full-time employment.
Start date: As soon as possible.
