Job Description/Overview:
Vitality Living Frederica is a vibrant community that celebrates individuality and fosters meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Specialist to assist residents with daily activities, emotional well-being, and care needs in alignment with personalized service plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with daily activities, emotional health, and behavior management as outlined in service plans.
Provide input for service plan development and updates.
Report resident issues to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
Attend onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Wellness Director.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Hold certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
