Job Description/Overview:
Panago Pizza is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in North Vancouver, BC. This full-time, on-site role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and supporting senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
Supervise and train workers, managing teams of 3-4 people.
Develop and implement office procedures and recruitment strategies.
Schedule appointments and manage contracts.
Oversee payroll administration and office inventory.
Compile reports, data, and statistics.
Advise senior management and negotiate collective agreements.
Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping, and customer service.
Consult with clients after sales for ongoing support.
Conduct performance reviews and supervise volunteer staff.
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or a non-university diploma in a program of 1-2 years.
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Skills:
Strong organizational, supervisory, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in managing digital databases and office routines.
Workplace Information:
On-site work only.
Work schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, on-call, early mornings, and mornings.
Salary:
$28.50 hourly for 40 hours per week.
Terms of Employment:
Permanent, full-time employment.
Start date: As soon as possible.
