About the Role
Omakase Ltd is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Video Editor (Bilingual Mandarin) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll create engaging, high-quality video content for social media platforms, with a focus on connecting with the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce captivating video content tailored for social media platforms.
- Ensure all videos align with brand aesthetics and resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with real-time online trends, viral content, and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop innovative video concepts.
- Optimize videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality.
About You
We are seeking someone with:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and an ability to identify and incorporate viral trends.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (native or near-native proficiency in English is required).
- Proven experience in social media video editing (portfolio or examples of past work are required).
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset that drives engaging content.
