Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for Groupe PARIMA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for promoting our services, enhancing brand presence, and supporting business development efforts. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support company growth goals.
- Identify key markets and new business opportunities.
Hands-On Content Creation and Management
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of marketing content, including website updates and promotional materials.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, from copywriting to performance analysis.
Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to produce marketing collateral, such as sales presentations.
Event Planning and Execution
- Plan and manage company participation in industry events, including booth design and promotional material creation.
- Organize webinars, conferences, and client meetings.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through data analysis.
Client Relationship Management
- Engage directly with current and prospective clients through targeted marketing campaigns and CRM management.
Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing for desired results.
Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical services sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
