Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Content Marketer with a strong background in fintech marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for crafting engaging content that attracts and converts customers. As part of the marketing department, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality content across various channels, including websites, paid media campaigns, and social media. You will play a key role in shaping our content strategy and driving engagement across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, audience-focused content across multiple platforms (social media, search engines, paid media) to drive traffic to the ThinkMarkets website.
- Assist in developing and executing the content marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain customers.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and customer service teams to deliver effective content for branding campaigns, email journeys, display ads, video, and social media.
- Manage website content that guides customers through the marketing funnel, optimizing for both user experience and conversions.
- Tailor content to various customer segments based on deep insights into their needs and behaviors.
- Develop content for different phases of the customer lifecycle, including long-form educational articles and short-form paid media ads.
- Monitor content performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to optimize and improve content strategies.
- Apply a strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of content marketing experience, either within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or trading industry is a must.
- Proven ability to increase brand visibility, sales, or audience size through content-driven strategies.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both long and short copy.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices, including Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player mentality, comfortable with collaboration and contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- International experience is highly desirable.
- PR experience is a plus.
