Job Description/Overview:
Samsonite Europe nv, a global leader in luggage and travel accessories, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager. This role involves leading the daily operations of our store, achieving sales targets, and ensuring top-tier customer service. You will inspire and manage your team, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure compliance with company standards to uphold our reputation for quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze store performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
Client Service
Apply sales standards and use technical product knowledge to boost sales.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team follows suit.
Personnel Management
Coach, train, and motivate staff to achieve team goals.
Create and manage efficient personnel schedules.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Stock Management
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring accurate pricing and minimal losses.
Operations
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and health and safety compliance.
Ensure accurate handling of repairs and other operational tasks.
Merchandising, Marketing & Promotions
Ensure the store and window displays adhere to company standards.
Implement promotions and utilize marketing materials effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a store manager in a premium retail environment.
Strong organizational, managerial, coaching, and communication skills.
Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Flexible to work weekends.
Ability to adapt and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competition.

Experience:
Previous experience in high-level brand retail is essential.
