Job Description/Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative focused on Internet and Voice Repair, you will provide phone support, troubleshoot technical issues, and address billing inquiries. This role requires active listening, problem-solving, and a positive approach to helping customers. You’ll represent Spectrum, a Fortune 100 company, while working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist with technical and billing issues.

Qualifications:

6+ months of technical support and phone experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

1+ year in a call center or office environment.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
