Position:Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description/Overview:
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for selling prestige cars and overseeing daily showroom operations. This role involves customer engagement, promoting sales offers, managing showroom presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the showroom for receiving customers, ensuring vehicles are attractively displayed.
Implement marketing activities and communicate new campaigns to the sales team.
Assist in forecasting and vehicle ordering to maintain sales flow.
Oversee vehicle delivery procedures to maximize customer satisfaction.
Support the Brand Manager in maintaining operational systems as per company guidelines.
Prepare and submit sales reports as needed.
Monitor sales executives to ensure high conversion rates of leads to sales.
Ensure all leads from CRM, social media, prospecting activities, and walk-ins are followed up on and converted.
Facilitate test drives and ensure sales executives promote them effectively.
Handle and resolve customer complaints within the showroom.
Maintain high service standards to meet customer satisfaction targets.
Participate in project work as required.
Qualifications:
Open to Lebanese, Jordanian, Palestinian, and Syrian nationals.
Male candidates preferred.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with up to 2 years in the automotive sector preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
Experience:
5-8 years of experience, with exposure to the automotive industry being a plus.
Skills:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports.
Ability to manage and monitor a sales team effectively.
