Job Description/Overview:
Holy Smoke is looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle key office operations and ensure smooth daily functions. This full-time, permanent position requires on-site work in Fort McMurray, AB.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize daily operations.
Respond to electronic enquiries and employee questions.
Order and manage office supplies inventory.
Oversee payroll administration.
Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents.
Recruit and hire workers, managing related staffing actions.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication abilities.
Experience with filing systems and payroll management.
