The Role
As a Receptionist at Ridley Manor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our care home while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, and respond to email inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and direct them to their destination within the home.
- Assist with general office tasks, including payroll and recruitment activities.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
