About the Role

Join a leading fashion brand as a Performance Specialist, managing and optimising paid digital campaigns to drive e-commerce growth. You’ll work with large budgets, developing and executing paid search and social strategies, and collaborating with the creative team to enhance the brand’s online presence. This position offers flexible working hours, a hybrid setup with two days working from home, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Shopping campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft visually compelling digital stories.
  • Foster engagement by responding to comments and leveraging user-generated content.
  • Analyse performance data to refine strategies and maximise e-commerce results.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate is a results-driven digital marketer with hands-on experience in paid advertising and campaign management. A background in retail e-commerce or agency work with retail clients is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running successful paid social campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Shopping.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing budgets and aligning campaigns with brand tone.
  • Familiarity with retail e-commerce environments or agency roles.
