We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team and elevate our social media presence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Create engaging, trendy content to strengthen the company’s online reputation.
- Increase social media visibility, drive website traffic, and boost conversions.
- Benchmark and analyze the performance of social media activities beyond basic metrics like “likes.”
- Monitor and respond to consumer reviews to build trust and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and shape long-term social media strategies.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in digital customer journey management.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing multiple brands and/or accounts.
- Skills & Traits:
- Deep understanding of current trends, online culture, and the ability to execute strategies with confidence.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and witty writing skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
