Job Description/Overview:
The Lobby Manager oversees Guest Specialists and lobby operations, driving membership sales and ensuring a positive visitor experience. The role includes training, managing operations, resolving visitor issues, and compiling daily reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead team to achieve membership sales goals.
Manage daily staff schedules and provide training.
Handle visitor engagement and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in customer service.
Supervisory experience; cash-handling preferred.
Experience:
Museum or retail environment experience ideal.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
