As a Marketing Executive, you will support the hotel’s marketing and communication initiatives, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate the hotel’s marketing strategies and activations.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, promotional events, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to highlight Sheraton Brand Values and identify trends.
- Assist in budget preparation and track monthly expenses with the Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with media personnel, social media influencers, and customers.
- Collaborate with sales and events teams to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Create and analyze monthly marketing performance reports using marketing tools.
- Drive customer loyalty by delivering engaging, community-focused experiences.

- Relevant experience in a similar marketing role.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energized by fast-paced environments.
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and creative approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
