Job Summary:
Career Hunters is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of the IT market, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. This role involves nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: 4–8 years in a sales role, preferably in IT services.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT market trends and client needs.
- Proficiency in creating compelling sales presentations.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Open to male candidates of Arab or Indian nationality.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales role.
- Residence Location: Currently residing in Kuwait.
- Nationality: Open to candidates from Arab countries or India.
