About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and confident Digital Account Manager to join our team in Christchurch. This role requires someone with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong marketing acumen who can engage with clients, analyze digital marketing performance, and develop solutions for successful campaigns. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with our leadership team to create and implement digital marketing strategies for top brands in New Zealand and Australia. You’ll have the opportunity to influence marketing directions across industries, from finance to fashion, all while focusing on driving sales through digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present digital marketing strategies for new and existing clients.
- Onboard new clients and set up their campaigns.
- Shape Google Paid Ads knowledge and influence marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Production team to bring strategies to life.
- Attend sales pitch meetings and influence the strategy.
- Train and develop digital marketing knowledge within the team.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with expertise in Google Paid Ads and/or SEO.
- Experience in B2C digital marketing environments is a plus.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail.
- Commercially savvy with a passion for delivering practical, results-driven digital strategies.
- High emotional intelligence and a desire to grow clients’ businesses.
