This role involves managing customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email to ensure high satisfaction. Tasks include handling cancellations, retaining accounts, analyzing feedback, and coordinating loyalty activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Address customer concerns and offer solutions.

 

Execute retention activities.

 

Monitor social media and engage with customers.

 

Manage outbound programs.

 

Qualifications:

 

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Knowledge of Google Suite.

 

Experience:

 

6 months in a direct customer role preferred.

 

Skills:

 

Patience, empathy, and tech-savviness.
