Job Description/Overview:
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working on-site in Winnipeg, MB. The Office Administrative Assistant will coordinate and manage various office activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Open and distribute mail and other materials.
Establish office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Manage contracts.
Answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Respond to employee questions and complaints.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Arrange travel itineraries and reservations.
Greet visitors and direct them to service areas.
Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents.
Conduct research and perform data entry.
Provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in office procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Workplace Information:
