Job Description/Overview:
N-Clean, a leading cleaning service provider with nearly 40 years of expertise, is hiring a cleaner in Pudasjärvi. Join our team to work in an international environment, ensuring the cleanliness of various facilities while contributing to customer satisfaction and environmental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks at a service station and retail store.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the client’s site.
Manage maintenance-related customer service tasks.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor.
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Skills:
Basic Finnish skills (helpful but not mandatory with good English proficiency).
Ability to operate cleaning tools and adhere to safety standards.
Working Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours/week.
Shifts start at 6:00 AM on weekday mornings.
Compensation:
Training period: €10.75/hour.
Post-training: €11.94/hour.
Additional Information:
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time.
Candidates must have a valid work permit if not Finnish citizens.
