We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and growth-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will spearhead the strategic and operational vision for Troubled Monk’s marketing efforts. Working closely with senior leadership and a talented team, the successful candidate will drive innovative campaigns, community engagement, and revenue growth while upholding the integrity of our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with senior management to refine and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan, budget, and performance metrics.
- Set clear KPIs for the marketing team and guide them toward achieving shared goals.
Creative Design & Brand Identity Execution
- Oversee the creation of packaging, labels, and merchandise in collaboration with the General Manager and external partners.
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and AGLC regulations.
- Manage graphic designers to produce promotional assets for taproom, sales, and events.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and support team members, including social media coordinators and event planners.
- Build and maintain a network of contractors and freelancers for specialized projects.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Manage Troubled Monk’s WordPress website to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Utilize Mailchimp to create and distribute engaging email campaigns to various audiences.
Community Engagement
- Build local and regional brand awareness through partnerships, sponsorships, and community events.
- Foster relationships with influencers and collaborators to enhance brand reach.
Innovation & Insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with the team.
- Identify new opportunities for creative campaigns, customer experiences, and partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, sales, and operations teams to align marketing and product strategies.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure outstanding packaging and product presentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with success in digital, direct-to-consumer strategies, and market research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress, Asana, Google Drive, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Slack.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership skills with a proven track record of fostering team growth.
- Creative Expertise: Experience in graphic design or managing creative projects.
- Innovation: Ability to identify trends and apply a data-driven approach to campaigns.

Schedule
