Your Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. From welcoming arrivals to offering tailored recommendations, you will exemplify the Capella spirit of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Extend warm greetings and farewells to all guests with professionalism and friendliness.
- Assist guests with luggage storage, parcel retrieval, and room orientations.
- Ensure accurate payment processing, billing setups, and currency exchange for in-house guests.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, special events, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests promptly and maintain an inventory of loaned items.
- Be a cultural ambassador, sharing insights about Sydney’s unique heritage and attractions.
About You
- Education: Tertiary education is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Skills: Proficiency with PMS/Hotel Systems (Opera Cloud, KnowCross) and a strong command of English.
- Attributes: Personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about guest relations.
- Eligibility: Valid working rights in Australia.
