Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Wed-Sun, 7 AM – 4 PM Pacific, includes 1-hour unpaid break)
About the Role:
BruntWork is seeking an experienced Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. You will manage community engagement, develop strategies to grow social audiences, and track the success of social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and brand-aligned social media content for various platforms.
- Video Production: Create and edit short videos for Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Content Calendar: Organize and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts across social media accounts.
- Community Management: Manage interactions on the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), responding to messages, likes, and comments.
- Influencer Engagement: Proactively reach out to influencers or relevant companies to boost social engagement.
- Strategy Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations on social media strategies, and track growth through regular reporting.
- Growth Strategies: Brainstorm creative ideas to grow social media audiences.
- Event Coordination: Assist with trade show planning and engagement strategies at events.
- Campaign Tracking: Track and report on the performance of socially driven campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years managing and growing professional social media accounts, with at least 2 years of content creation experience.
- Portfolio: Provide a portfolio showcasing previous social media content.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office, Google tools, and other social media platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a creative field.
- Other: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
