Job Description:
A leading automotive company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves building relationships with customers, closing sales, and contributing to the company’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the full range of vehicles and provide customers with detailed product information and demonstrations.
- Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Offer financial rates, availability information, and easy installment methods to customers.
- Close sales by completing necessary administrative processes and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and ready for vendor use.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and seek opportunities to prospect new customers.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives, contributing to the overall profitability of the business.
- Ensure completion of brand-specific training and achieve required certifications as per brand standards.
- Adhere to internal and external brand audit criteria, company policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.
